What We Do

Working closely with our clients we design and deliver effective business and training solutions in both the public and private sectors.

The areas we cover include management development, marketing, finance, information technology and quality improvement.

We also specialise in business start up training and business base training with Business Gateway.

With our private sector clients we design and deliver specialist management training to meet specific strategic needs.  Recently we have been working closely with clients in the areas of procurement development, customer service development and quality management.  We are currently involved in a 3 year ‘mystery shopper/diner’ service as part of an ERDF customer improvement initiative for the tourism sector.

We also design and manage Graduate Development Programmes for the corporate sector delivering a series of integrated workshops over a two year period.

We also work with both Edinburgh University and Edinburgh Napier University in our home city.
