The Roberts Partnership is essentially a Business and Training Consultancy, this is core to our business. We have many years experience of working creatively with clients to analyse problems and provide cost effective solutions. Frequently the solution is in facilitated training and development of management and senior personnel.

Currently we are working with a diverse range of clients on customer service, tendering and procurement, management and leadership. Our Graduate Development activity includes; presentation and communication skills, impact and influence, leading effective meetings, time and priority management, business and report writing.

Frequently we act as facilitators in organisations pulling together the contributions of participants into robust action plans.
