This practical hands-on lab will give you everything you need to start using Facebook effectively in your business; you will learn some clever hints and tips, leave with a business page set up for your organisation and a clear plan of action to help you reap the benefits of Facebook marketing. The lab will also cover: how to develop a unique selling proposition (USP) for your page, how to set up a business page and choose an appropriate category, how to add relevant apps to enhance your page, how to link Facebook with other social networks, how to get a custom URL, how to choose your landing page. It will also consider what information and images to add and where, what type of things to speak about on Facebook, building fan strategies, Facebook analytics and how to use them. It will look at developing an appropriate engagement strategy and incorporating Facebook into other marketing activities. Due to the practical nature of the lab, spaces will be limited so book now to avoid disappointment. Lap-tops are essential for this session.
